After practicing 21 years of ballet inluded 14 years as professional dancer, Allegra also turned towards a career as a fitness coach.
In 2012 she discovered pole dancing and aerial arts and she quickly felt passionate for this sport which combines muscle strengthening and artistic expression. In 2014, after having validated her diploma as a gym teacher, she opened her own studio, Sport Dance Complex, and she is the creator of the international pole championship, Pole Art France.
Allegra teaches all over the world her passion for pole dancing and aerials arts and since 2018 she has been providing her Aerial Hammock training, rich in all her years of experience and years spent as a professional dancer.
